A day in the life of Mia

Hi, I’m Mia and I’d like to tell you about my day. I hope you like it!

Every day I wake up at 7 o’clock in the morning. I open my eyes, stretch and smile because it’s a new day. I wash my face and brush my teeth to make my mouth fresh and clean. Then I put on my clothes for the day.

My mum’s name is Lisa. She’s really nice and she looks after our house. She makes me a nice breakfast, like cereal and milk. I love it! While I eat, my mum cleans the house and feeds our dog, Max. Max is my best friend. He’s so sweet! He loves to play and run around.

After breakfast I say goodbye to my mum and she waves to me. I go to school at 8 o’clock. I share the school bus with other children. We talk and laugh on the way to school. I get to school at 8:30. My teachers are nice and they teach us a lot of things. I listen carefully and try to learn a lot.

At 12:10 it’s time for lunch. I go to the canteen and eat with my friends. We talk and have fun together. After school I take the bus home and I get home at 4 o’clock. I change my clothes because it’s playtime! I go to the park and play with my friends. We like to play football and run around.

We have dinner at 8 o’clock. My mum cooks tasty food like spaghetti or pizza. I help to set the table. After dinner I do my homework and watch cartoons on TV. I like drawing and painting, so sometimes I draw pictures. My day ends at 10:30 when I go to bed. I sleep well and dream about the next day.
